Efraim is the Chief of the Geriatric Department at the Sarah Herzog Hospital in Jerusalem. He is also a lecturer at the Medical School of the Hebrew University. He has written several books about various aspects of aging, including "A Travelling Guide for the Older Person" and "Different Aspects of Health and Old Age from the Point of View of the Kli Yakar". |

A veteran of the Police and the Ministry of Education, Zvika was for many years a teacher of Talmud . In the past 15 years he taught Methodology of Talmud Instruction and History of the Jewish People in Modern Times at the Lifshitz College, until the College closed. Recently he has been lecturing to pensioners and writing travel books. He joined our community in 2015 and is responsible for the upkeep of our building. |

Rav Guay Avihud holds a Master’s degree in political science. He studied in the Kolel of Rav Mordechai Eliyahu Z"l, from whom he received Semicha along with an additional Semicha from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. He is a graduate of and a lecturer at the Ruthenberg Institute. |

His interests lie within the areas of Midrash and Aggadah. He teaches at the Melton Centre for Jewish Education at the Hebrew University, and he was the head of the institute for the Research of Erez Yisrael at Yad Ben Zvi during the years 2008 and 2013. |
